First-time setup

Right after you verify your email, Sosyabot shows a short welcome wizard — four quick screens that get you from zero to your first post. You only see it once. You can skip any step and do it later; nothing here is forced.

1 · Welcome2 · Connect3 · First post4 · Done1234
The four screens of the welcome wizard.

Welcome

A hello screen. Press Get started to continue, or Skip to jump to the end.

Connect your first channel

Connect one social account right here — a Connect channels button opens the picker without leaving the wizard. Pick a platform, allow access, and it appears as connected. You can add more than one. (Prefer to do it later? Press Skip for now.)

Write your first post

Type a short caption. The screen clearly shows which account the post will go to — no surprises. Choose Post now (it goes out within a minute or two) or Save as draft (kept for later).

Done

Press Go to dashboard. That's it — the wizard won't show again.

A product tour greets you on the dashboard

The first time you reach the dashboard, a short product tour opens: the screen dims and a spotlight highlights the most important parts of the app one by one — the + Create button, the publishing menu, your content tools, search, and your AI assistant. At each stop a small card explains what the highlighted thing does.

The product tour: a spotlight highlights one element, a card explains it.

What to know about the tour:

  • It opens by itself only on your first visit, on desktop.
  • Skip closes it for this session; ticking "Don't show this again" on the welcome card closes it for good.
  • Leave any time with Esc; move with the arrow keys.
  • Want to watch it again later? Help (?) menu → Start product tour, top right.

After the tour

You land on your dashboard. Until you've created a few posts, Sosyabot shows a friendly Get-started checklist instead of empty charts — connect a channel, create your first post, set up your brand, explore the studio — with a little progress bar. If you haven't connected a channel yet, the checklist points you to connecting one first; and next to some steps a "Do this for me" button opens your AI assistant so it can do the step for you. There's also a "Preview with example data" link so you can see what a busy dashboard will look like, using pretend numbers, before you have your own.

You didn't connect anything?

No problem. The checklist on your dashboard walks you through connecting an account and posting whenever you're ready.

What you have now

  • A verified account and your own workspace (set up for Turkey by default — change it in Workspace).
  • Maybe one connected account and one post, if you didn't skip.
