Scheduling
Scheduling means telling Sosyabot when to publish, so a post goes out even while you're asleep or busy. You choose this in the composer under When to post.
Your choices for "When to post"
- Post now — it goes out within a minute or two.
- Schedule — pick a date and time; you can also have it repeat (e.g. every few days) until a date you choose.
- Pick specific times — choose several exact moments (handy for the same post across busy days).
- Save as draft — keep it for later, nothing is sent.
Let Sosyabot pick the best time
Not sure when to post? Use Smart schedule (Akıllı zamanlama). Sosyabot looks at when your audience has been most active and suggests the best upcoming time slots. Read more in Best Posting Time.
Write your post and pick channels
Compose as usual and choose the accounts.
Open “When to post” and choose Schedule
Pick the day and time. Times shown follow the schedule you set; double-check AM/PM.
(Optional) turn on repeat
If you want the post to go out again automatically, set how often and when to stop.
Confirm
Your post joins the queue. You'll see it on the Schedules calendar, where you can drag to reschedule or open it to edit.
Times must be in the future
A scheduled time has to be at least a minute ahead. If you pick a time that's already passed, Sosyabot will ask you to choose a later one.
If a scheduled post didn't go out
- Open it from the Schedules calendar — a failed post shows the reason and a Retry button.
- Make sure the account is still connected (it may show Reconnect).
- Check you still have posting quota on your plan.
