Open a ticket

The in-app support flow opens at /app/support and creates a record in the support_tickets collection:

POST /api/v1/support-tickets    { title, content, category?, type? }

Tickets carry an admin_read and user_read flag so both sides can see what's new.

Email

For account or billing issues that block sign-in (rare), email support@sosyabot.com. Include your workspace slug and the email on the affected account.

Status

If you're seeing widespread issues across many users at once, check status.sosyabot.com (when configured) or the Discord community.
